The hotel is basic but clean, with rooms looking onto a block of offices. The service is friendly and helpful. The location is extremely central, making it easy to explore the city. The dining options are limited but include tea all day and night. The facilities are straightforward but functional.
The hotel is situated at a walking distance from Alexanderplatz station, with a helpful reception. The rooms were clean enough but rather small. The service, aside from a couple of wonderful individuals, was a little aggressive at times but also very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, accessible to all tourist attractions, though it could be noisy at night. The dining experience was lovely, offering a fresh continental breakfast, but there were some disappointments. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money.
The hotel rooms are a little dated but very clean and tidy, great for the price paid. It was a bit cold, especially on the top floor, and eventually had a view of the rear external emergency staircase and adjacent large buildings. The service was mostly good, friendly, and nice, although lacking structure and politeness at times. The location is ideal for transportation, being close to Alexanderplatz U and S Bahn station, shops, and restaurants. The dining options are basic, with a good selection available for an additional 10 euros. Overall, the hotel offers a decent value for money.
